By downloading, accessing, or using the PartnerPay application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

PartnerPay is an expense-tracking application that allows users to manage shared costs within groups. You may use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

PartnerPay offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Premium") that provides additional features such as unlimited expenses, photo attachments, and more.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription from your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including expense records, group names, and uploaded photos. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Accessing another user's account without authorization
  • Uploading malicious content or attempting to exploit the service

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PartnerPay is a tracking tool and does not process actual financial transactions. We are not responsible for any disputes between users regarding expenses or payments.

PartnerPay is a tracking and informational tool only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or accounting advice. All expense calculations, debt balances, and payment summaries displayed within the app are approximate and may contain rounding differences or calculation discrepancies. You are solely responsible for verifying all amounts before making any real-world payments or financial decisions based on the information provided by the app.

7. Financial Disclaimer

PartnerPay is designed to assist with tracking shared expenses and is not a substitute for professional financial or accounting services. While we strive for accuracy, calculated balances and debt summaries may not reflect exact amounts due to rounding, synchronization delays, or data entry errors. Users must independently verify all financial information before settling debts or making payments. PartnerPay assumes no responsibility for disputes, losses, or discrepancies arising from reliance on the app's calculations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartnerPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by visiting the account deletion page. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
